The storyline of the movie is about Bantu, a son who is looking for validation from his cold-hearted and rude father with the life of Raj, whose father is a millionaire. The movie is full of action and family drama. The action drama Shehzada, which will be released in Hindi, was written by Hussain Dalal and is being directed by Rohit Dhawan. It is made by Geetha Arts, Brat Films, T-Series Films, and Haarika & Hassine Creations. Along with Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, and Sachin Khedekar, Kartik Aaryan plays a key role in the movie. It is a remake of Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo from the year 2020.

In the teaser, Kartik can be seen galloping through the gates of a grand mansion. Then, with outrageous swagger, he rides a scooter into a battle, beats up some guys, and wins. Also seen dancing and winking for the "Shehzada" on a beach is Kriti Sanon in a glamorous disguise.

After Luka Chuppi, Shehzada is Kartik and Kriti's second on-screen collaboration. The movie is slated to hit theaters on February 10th, 2023. Along with that, he also has the upcoming Aashiqui 3 film from filmmaker Anurag Basu, Hansal Mehta's Captain India, and the musical love saga Satyaprem Ki Katha, which stars Kiara Advani.
