Deepak Antani and Chinmay Mandlekar, who will play Mahatma Gandhi and Nathuram Godse, respectively, in the upcoming historical drama Gandhi Godse-Ek Yudh, debuted their first official images on Tuesday. The filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi will return to the big screen on January 26, 2023, with the debut of his feature film.

On its social media channels, Reliance Entertainment published a poster and a trailer for the movie. According to a press release, Santoshi wrote and directed Gandhi Godse-Ek Yudh, which highlights the conflict between Mahatma Gandhi and Nathuram Godse's two diametrically opposed ideas. Santoshi Productions LLP and PVR Pictures are supporting the endeavor. Famous composer AR Rahman provided the music, and Resul Pookutty handled the sound design. “Phata Poster Nikhla Hero”, starring Shahid Kapoor, was Santoshi's most recent film (2013).
