Ranveer and Kiara have been honored with Lokmat Maharashtrians of the Year for 2022

Eknath Shinde honored Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani with the Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year award for 2022 in Worli, Mumbai on Tuesday. The CM and deputy CM have felicitated the actors.
As he accepts the award, the "83" actor waves the Indian flag on stage. "Whatever I am, I am because of this state, and my whole identity is related to it." He further added. Kiara said, "My heart is filled with immense gratitude," while expressing her emotions.
Along with the stars, Pavneet Kaur has been honored as the most promising IAS officer in LMOTY 2022. District collector of Amravati has won the award for "Mission 28" despite being one of seven nominees.
The ‘Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year award is dedicated to such extraordinary human beings who have dared to dream – not only for themselves but also for society and other people around them, and through their selfless and untiring work, have brought about a change in our daily living and thinking. Its first edition was back there in 2010. Individuals and organizations who have made notable contributions in the fields of public service (social service), education, administration, politics, medicine, industry, sports, agriculture, and CSR were honored with this award.
